It comes with both large and small interchangeable ear gels, as well as two types of ear hook. | The Z9i includes both large and small interchangeable ear gels, as well as two types of ear hook: the original translucent style and a more ergonomic, rubberized metal ear hook. It also offers an innovative tie clip lets you attach the V1 headset to your shirt or cuff when not in use. The Z9i incorporates dual microphones allowing for BlueAnt's patented Voice Isolation Technology, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) software solution that uses advanced techniques to separate the user's voice signal from all other sounds, enhancing and isolating all frequencies that affect voices coming into and out of the headset. This results in outstanding environmental noise reduction, echo cancellation and wind noise protection. You can choose between dual Voice Isolation modes: Standard for use in normal environments to remove mild background noise, and Max, which provides superior voice clarity for use in extremely noisy environments. I got this headset in black about a year ago and it is still kicking it has noise cancellation that is better than most though none are really as good as they say I got this for replacement of my way over priced Jawbone II and there is no area it does not beat jawbone hands down long battery life, light, comfortable, and good adjustment for those who like me are not a desk worker but a field technician in construction I use this with the g-1 google phone and it does not allow the full bluetooth functions but for a hardcore phone user it is perfect and it is durable I am extremely hard on phones and headsets

Excellent product - easy to sync. Sound and voice quality far better than headsets three times the price. Periodically I have difficulty with 'isolation sound' function when driving. The ear protector piece came unscrewed a couple of times - so I glued it in place - works great.

Best Bluetooth device there is on the market. This is our 3rd Z9 and works great. Good customer service from BlueAnt, gave us firmware upgrade and instructions to install easily. Thanks again to Amazon for the best price and fast service.

BlueAnt Z9i Bluetooth Headset:
Benefits:
1. Product is easy to syncronize and works well with my Blackberry World Edition.
2. Product is comfortable to wear all day and stays secure when moving.
3. Noise reduction feature (dual microphones) functions well-callers do not hear background noise.
Two draw backs:
1. Reception is poor-the unit looses connection with the phone if the earpice is on the opposite side of your body from the phone, also will disconnect if you walk more than 5-6 feet away from your phone.
2. Battery life poor--my talk time life fades within 3-4 hours of a full charge.
Note--reception issues seem to grow worse as battery life is depleted.
Rating-(3 out of 5 stars)-product is fine if you are working in a stationary environment--would not recommend the product to someone who is active or is constantly on the phone.

Good product. However the attachment that holds the earpiece around the ear broke after only a couple of weeks of use. We will be returning it for another.
