 I was so sick after taking 4 tablets March 11, 2010

I had a terrible reaction to MOVE FREE. It gave me nausea, severe diarrhea, gas and severe stomach pain. It was so bad I could not stand up straight. I was sick for three days. The directions said to take four tablets a day for two weeks. SCHIFF MOVE FREE ADVANCED 140 TABLETS JOINT GLUCOSAMINETwo in the morning and two in the evening. I was sick the next day. BEWARE

I've been running for years and concerned my joints are suffering. Recently i started becoming concerned because my ankle has been clicking and i can snap it on command.
I'm normally very suspicious of any miracle products and so have never purchased any product until yesterday (besides vitamins). Since my body is normally sensitive to medicines, i decided to take 1/2 the recommended dose. After only 1 pill and a good nights sleep, i couldn't snap my ankle on command all day. After 2 more doses i can feel my joints pulsating, something is happening...but what?
Does this mean there is more joint fluid or my concern is that the chemicals are inflaming my joints. I don't feel any swelling, so the pulsating could be fluid rushing into the joints filling up the area that would normally cause that 'popping' sound. I know cartilage can't be built up over night, but fluid can.
Everyone wants to know...does it really work? I have to say that something is happening, but is it what i want? Only time will tell. So far, i'm happy that i purchased the product, but i will be cautious.

I had chronic knee and was taking Motrin several times a week. My Aunt who is on her feet a lot suggested Move Free and I am so glad she did. I have been on it for 2 1/2 years and love it. I stopped it for a few months last year because some one told me you only really need glucosomine, not chondrotin. And I regreted it! My started to ache and I was back on the Motrin. So I went back on the Move Free and recommend it to anyone whe would like to be pain free or at least have less discomfort.

Great product that has done wonders for my knees. With three ACL repairs and one partial replacement on two knees...pain and snap-crackle-pop was an every day occurrence.
With the 'lubrication' and 'cushioning' provided by the chondroitin and glucosamine I can now return to an 18 hole round of golf (instead of having to quit after 9 holes).
Have recommended to friends and they have also seen an improvement in their flexibility and lack of pain.
I haven't seen any improvement since using it January 12, 2009

I stop using it and also all my favorite sports, now my knee pains, which have accompanied me for 3 years, get better.
