Used to provide hot or cold therapy to the knee and will conform to fit better due to the patellar hole in the gel portion of the wrap. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help ensure product durability and effective therapy and pain management. Like the other Elasto-Gel products, this can be put in the microwave for heating or in the freezer for cooling. Stays soft and pliable, even at -20 F. Provides 20-40 minutes of treatment per application. Large/X-Large or Sm/Med - Choose Size.

This is a gel pack so it does not freeze like an ice pack. I really find that it is very cool and comfortable on my knees. I have arthritis and benefit from frequently cooling down my joints this is the only pack that I enjoy putting on.

This Knee Wrap really does the job of keeping down swelling. It wraps gently around the knee and stays cold for more than 20 minutes. I re cools quickly and is ready for the next time. The Large size easily wraps around a knee that measures 18 inches around.

I have had several of these products, for shoulders, feet, etc. This
is the first one for the knee. For some reason, it does not get
cold like the other models. I do not know if it is defective or
merely that they do not have enough of the gel in this particular
design. The others work quite well. I have had to use the
foot one for the knee. The idea, however, is quite good and
"icing" the joint is certainly helpful.
