Great energy and fat burning product. Alertness and energy for me is felt in roughly 15-30min but i do only get 4 or 5 hours of sleep. Better than the original Lipo product which i took as well and was reluctant to order this one because of the same maker, but i liked the delivery process and length and all of the reviews as well. So, this review should be like the others rating this product pretty high on legal stuff that gives you that extra energy every time you take it and the fat burning quality when working out. It does zap a lot of your body water and you can feel your muscles more on the product i think. Make sure you drink plenty of water. The only reason it does not get a 5 star is because i believe if you give it a 5 star rating there is no need to get better but in all of these type of products there is always room for improvement. Example less pill use.

Just started taking this product on January 29,2009 i started with 2 pills a day for the first two days and now i am taking 4 pills a day on day 3 like the bottle insisted. So far i feel fine and i will report back in 1 week how the product is effecting me and my body if i have any weight lose. I work out 5 days a week 3 miles a day and i weight train to burn fat as well. I try to eat 6 meals a day. Breakfest lunch and dinner and fruits inbetween. I will up on Saturday how this producted worked for me during week 1. I am 5'9 240 pds right now so we will see how this works.

No question about this item, it works!! But you have to diet and exercise to get fast and effective results. If you half-a$$ your commitment, then you won't lose much.
Personally, I've lost the fat I had stored in my body for 10+ years with these pills. WARNING: DON'T TAKE IT FOR MOT THAN 8 WEEKS... stop for some weeks before deciding to take it again.

i started on the lipo 6 and then stepped up to the lipo 6x. alot more noticable then the regular. more energy and i could feel the thermogenic effects. i take the full recommended amount of pills. keep in mind that i am 5-11" was 245 and now i am 220 lbs. i am currently on a diet, nothing extreme just watching how much i eat and i cut down on fast food and soda. i also go to the gym 3 times a week for an hour each day. i have been on the pill for 2 months which is what they say is the max amount of time. this pill worked for me to halp jumpstart to a healthier me. if i ever fall off the wagon o will take again.

I got this stuff at the local GNC for about $59 and I will be getting some more from Amazon as their price is about half of what I paid.
Weight loss - I was amazed to see the results on day 2 of taking it; I lost 6 lbs over night. Yeah, mostly water but the surprising thing is that I've been going to the GYM 4 to 5 times a week and I sweat a lot, so I don't think I am retaining as much water. However, 6 pounds are 6 pounds and even though I know they were not fat or muscle for that matter, the results are still amazing.
*these will probably come in handy a couple of days before a weigh in for a bet or contest.... :)
Appetite control - "6" in a scale of 1 to 10 - first 3 days were "good" but now during week 2, I notice that it's not controlling my appetite as much as it did. I've taken prescription stuff "phentermine" and nothing gets really close to the appetite control that the phen provides.
Energy - "7" in a scale of 1 to 10 - some jitters, feels like 2 or 3 cups of coffee within 30 minutes and it starts going away after 2 hours of taking the pill. Not as much jitters on second dose in the afternoon.
Now, personally I like the jitters, just not the ones that make you feel tension in your neck. I was okay with the jitters from the phen, the ones from Lipo 6 are somewhat different and make me feel a little tense.
My stats, 5'11, 323lbs, 26/male have lost 35lbs since Jan 2009 trying different stuff.
FYI, I started the full doses of 2 pills in the morning and then 2 pills in the afternoon.No tolerance build up for me. Always on an empty stomach.
I will buy more but I will keep my options open.
