I use it every day to bring lunch to work. Keeps cold with a bottle of frozen water ( same one every day, just refrozen) Room enough for second bottle, can or whatever plus a container of salad or sandwich and fruit. Strap adjusts so you hang around your neck for hands free carrying. Love it and glad I bought it. Holds a lot and keeps cool. Would have been nice to have an outside pocket, but still great!

Watch out for this one. The bag is nicely made but small. So if you're using any sort of tupperware / gladware / plastic stuff to hold food, this bag really won't cut it.

If you're putting your food into ziploc bags, this works just fine.

But........ big danger. eBags won't exchange if you purchased this from Amazon. So you get to pay shipping twice if you want to buy a larger bag. And the eBags return policy does state that it will exchange but that is not correct. I've emailed Amazon about this as well. Buyer beware!!!

My burnt orange ebag cooler arrived quickly and met my expectations. Especially like the contoured zipper path along the top of the bag. Cooler keeps temperatures til lunch time with no problem.
