I got the travel press for a friend who loves coffee and uses a french press when he is home. He is very particular about his coffee; he likes it strong and prefers particular beans. But, he travels a lot and lands in areas where good coffee is not always available. He reports that the cup has been great...now he can make good coffee when he's on the road. The cup is easy to use and keeps the coffee warm for a long time. For him, the biggest perk is that he doesn't have to drink the slop served up in hotels.

This press keeps hot my coffee for 2 ~ 3 hours, is made with high quality materials (steel or aluminiun) and plastics. Is great for office and traveling.
