Volume is 20 oz. Good to go. Stable on any surface. Bad for the car - doen't fit in cup holders. Mouth piece made from stinky IC plastic - very bad taste. Had to change it to polypropylene finding a mouthpiece at REI store. Thermal isolation is good for maximum two hours (down to 110F) - depends on how hot you like it.UnbeatableSale is good. Received item two days before time. Three stars - means: meets avearage expectations for a mug.

I like this Timolino much better than the Thermos Nissan 18-Ounce Stainless-Steel Insulated Travel Tumbler that I had been using before.
I use the mug next to my computer, so want something, unlike an ordinary cup or glass, that won't cause big spills when I knock it over.
The Timolino's wide bottom (unsuitable for cup holders in cars) is harder to knock over in the first place. It's construction is solid. It's easier to clean - ones hand fits inside easily. It has a thinner, solid, metal rim, without the hard to clean, rubber insert and plastic rim of the Nissan.
It's built like a polished, steel brick -- it should survive the next ice age.

this works great for keeping drinks hot. Would get 5 stars but the lid does not fit tight enough for me.

This cup replaces a similar one (different brand) that I lost by leaving it atop my car and driving off, something I strongly recommend nobody should do.
The cup's wide base makes it difficult to tip. Its cap, which seals very well, is applied by simply pushing it down on the cup. The cap has a sliding closure to keep leakage to a minimum when walking with the cup or when it does tip (another thing that will happen if you place it on the floor of your car and then rip around a corner).
Its best characteristic is that it keeps coffee warm for a very long time - hours, actually. It also holds 20 oz., a blessing in many ways, but you'd best have a Google map of rest rooms if you fill it often.
The only drawback is that cream residue accumulates under the cap's sliding closure and I haven't figured out yet how to get it completely clean, other than with a forceful spray of water.
Obviously, this cup won't fit in your car's cup holder. It must go on a shelf (it has a rubber base), on the floor of your car, or in a good closed space (not including your glove compartment).
Carry it with pride into your favorite coffee shop. Ask them to rinse it and fill it. Almost always, they'll charge you for a "medium" coffee.
